Basketball betting rules

Below is an overview of basketball betting types and their rules.

Main markets

Winner (Moneyline/incl. OT)

Bet on the match winner regardless of the point margin.

Total Over/Under (incl. OT)

Bet on whether the total points of both teams will be over or under the line set by the bookmaker.

Spread (incl. OT)

Bet on the winner of the match by adding or subtracting the handicap set by the bookmaker to the final result of the match.

Winning Margin (incl. OT)

A betting market where you predict the point difference between the teams at the end of the match. Example: Home team wins by 1-5 points.

Total (Over-exact-under)

A betting market that offers the player the option to choose from three different outcomes, such as over/under X points or exactly X points.

Any team total maximum consecutive points

You must predict whether a team will achieve more or fewer consecutive points than the given amount during the match.

Player Specials

Player points (over/under)

Predict how many points a specific player will score. Only regular time points are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player assists (over/under)

Predict how many assists a specific player will make in the match. Only regular time assists are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player rebounds (over/under)

Predict how many rebounds a specific player will collect during regular time, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player steals (over/under)

Predict how many steals a specific player will make. Only steals during regular time will be counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player 3pt-fg-made (over/under)

Predict how many three-point shots a specific player will successfully make during regular time, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player blocks (over/under)

Predict how many blocks a specific player will make. Only blocks during regular time are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player pts-reb-ast (over/under)

Predict the total number of points, rebounds, and assists a specific player will accumulate. Only regular time performances are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player reb-ast (over/under)

Predict the total number of rebounds and assists a specific player will accumulate. Only regular time performances are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player pts-reb (over/under)

Predict the total number of points and rebounds a specific player will accumulate. Only regular time performances are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player pts-ast (over/under)

Predict the total number of points and assists a specific player will accumulate. Only regular time performances are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player triple-double

Predict whether a specific player will achieve a triple-double (at least 10 in three main categories: points, assists, rebounds, steals, or blocks). Only regular time performances are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player total free throws scored

Predict how many successful free throws a specific player will make. Only regular time shots are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

Player total free throws attempted

Predict how many free throws a specific player will attempt. Only regular time attempts are counted, unless stated otherwise in the market (including overtime).

*If the named player does not participate in the match at all, the bets will be voided.

1st and 2nd half markets

X half draw no bet

Predict the winner of the X half. If the half ends in a draw, all bets will be void. If the half is incomplete, this market will be void.

X half spread

Predict the winner of the X half by adding or subtracting the specified handicap to the half's result. If the half is incomplete, this market will be void.

X half 1X2

Betting on the winner of the X half, including a draw option.

The same rules apply to the quarter markets as they do to the half-time markets.
