General rules

General rules of betting.

The outcome of a market is settled once this is determined.

  • If a long-term or short-term outright market is decided through an official announcement, the company reserves the right to void any bets placed after the outcome is published.

  • In cases where a match is not completed (due to weather conditions, insufficient players, etc.) and is eventually decided by the referee or an official announcement, the company reserves the right to settle bets accordingly based on the official source.

  • If the announcement is made more than 48 hours after the match's conclusion and unsettled bets have already been voided, the settlement will remain as is.

  • Player-specific markets are excluded from this rule.

  • If a market is not determined earlier in the game, the company settles the result of the game once the regular time of the match concludes, unless otherwise specified in the market description.

  • Example: For Football (Soccer) 1X2 Match Winner markets, settlement is based on the result after 90 minutes, including stoppage time as part of the regular duration.

  • In cases where a match proceeds to overtime, all markets that include "overtime" are settled after its conclusion. Penalty shootouts or other tiebreakers are not considered unless explicitly stated.

Postponements and abandoned matches

  • Events not starting on time or postponed will remain open, and all bets remain valid if they begin within 48 hours of the official start time.

  • If the event does not commence within 48 hours, the company reserves the right to void all bets and refund stakes.

  • If an event is abandoned but continues within 48 hours from its original start time, all bets remain valid and are settled based on the resumed result.

  • If the event does not continue within 48 hours, all undecided markets will be voided, and stakes refunded. However, the company reserves the right to void all bets at its discretion.

  • Bets related to team qualification (e.g., "To Qualify," "Method of Victory") in tournaments will be void if the match is not played within 48 hours.

  • For two-legged events, only bets on the postponed match will be voided.

  • Short-term or long-term outright bets remain valid until the market is decided, irrespective of postponements or interruptions.
